By accessing or using AgentixEdge LLC’s platform, applications, APIs, agents, dashboards, or related services (the
“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
License
AgentixEdge, LLC. (“AgentixEdge”, “we”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions
You may not: (a) share credentials; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or extract models or system logic; (c) use the
Service to build or support competing products; (d) use the Service unlawfully; or (e) misrepresent Outputs or
the Service.
Intellectual Property
All IP in the Service, including models, agents, software, and documentation, is owned by AgentixEdge or its
licensors. No ownership transfers to you.
Outputs & No Advice
Outputs are informational only, probabilistic, and may be inaccurate. They do not constitute financial, legal,
or regulatory advice. You are solely responsible for decisions based on Outputs.
Price Chart Disclaimer
The Price Chart and any related data, metrics, signals, or visualizations are provided for informational and illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon for trading or investment decisions. Data may be delayed and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Use of the Price Chart is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentixEdge, LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $0 during any trial period.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AgentixEdge, LLC from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, licenses cease.
Governing Law & Disputes
Virginia law governs. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration (AAA) seated in Virginia. Class actions are
waived. AgentixEdge LLC may seek injunctive relief in Virginia courts.
Changes
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
